Good Morning!
A woman who was struggling during hard economic times to feed her family, a house full of growing boys, heard a knock on her front door.
When she answered it, she came face to face with a hungry man, emaciated and in dire need of food. Knowing she didn't have much in her
own pantry, she told him to wait and she would get him what she could. To her surprise, she ended up giving him four large bags of food and
had more than enough left over to feed her own family. Her eagerness to give, even in her meager circumstances gave God an open door and
He provided a miracle.
Is your door open for a miracle? The post-Christmas bills are piling up like dead needles at the base of a dried out Christmas tree, the media is
predicting a gloom and doom economy for the new year. There are plenty of reasons to shut the door and turn up the music real loud when
opportunity comes knocking. But what will you do? Will you share some of what you have with others or will you hoard it away, giving God
no room to work in your life?
