Our culture is embracing all things culinary...from the Iron Chef, to Paula Deen and Rachel Ray. A health initiative has been endorsed by the White House.
Beginning this coming Monday, June 20th, Central United Methodist Church will host a week of Vacation Bible School. Children 4 years - 5th grade are invited. Join us at the Shake it Up Café as we study God's recipe for a healthy life and the ingredients needed to be His followers. There will also be a mission emphasis on feeding the hungry in our community.
We will meet from 9:00 until noon each day.
We hope to make memories in a child's life that will stay with them, and one day, as an adult they can stand and say that their first memory of church was a special week of Vacation Bible School, where they learned of God's love for them and saw it in the eyes of those who taught them.
