“Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day” 2 Corinthians 4:16

Throughout the ages, women of wealth and privilege have spent their time and resources trying to turn back the clock and restore the beauty that the aging process has stolen from them.

Cleopatra is thought to have bathed in donkey's milk and Mary Queen of Scots bathed in wine. Novelist George Sans preferred to marinate himself in a mixture 3 quarts of cow's milk and 3 pounds of honey. Isabeau, queen of France in the late 12th century, used a beauty regimen that included rubbing her skin down with a salve made of donkey's milk, boar's brains, and the salt glands of a crocodile.

Thankfully, God does not look at our outward appearance when judging our worth but what's inside; our thoughts and feelings towards God and other people.
