JIM WALL

Good Morning!

My wife, Diane, is an avid exerciser.  She walks, exercises in the gym, and teachers yoga - all to stay in good physical condition.  She encourages me, and we often exercise together.  But, we sometimes miss our exercising sessions.  And when we do, we do not feel as physically fit.

We know we should exercise often to strengthen our hearts.  But we don't stop with the physical part of our lives.  We also participate in spiritual exercises.  We know that in our walk with God, we need heart exercise to stay fit.

Studying the Word of God and meditating on it throughout the day will help keep your heart spiritually healthy.  Of course, it is always very important to pray for yourself and others, and to worship in the house of the Lord.

I encourage you to stay on a spiritual fitness training program that will draw you close to God.
