We now live in a world of digital technology. From computers, to cell phones, to cameras. And because of technology, what you see may not be an accurate account of an image. Digital imaging allows those who have not been present in a picture to be placed in the photograph or to be placed in a location they never visited. A false, yet seemingly accurate image can be produced.
The fact is, however, it is only an image. Digital Imaging can change a picture, but not the reality.
Jesus was not interested in enhanced images. He had a vision of what love can do...changing the real world, enhancing real life. This can't be done with a computer. This cannot be done by simply being in church. It can only be done as we actively participate in being what Jesus intended...being not hearers only...but doers. Walk today in the reality of God's love, willing to change and enhance the real image of God's world!
