SABRINA

If your life has recently been shattered by the loss of a loved one, you may feel that you will never again experience joy.  Beginning Wednesday, September 14th, Central United Methodist Church will offer Grief Share, a Christ-centered  support program for those who have lost loved ones through death. This 13 week course contains three components: Each week there is a video, followed by group discussion.  There is also a time of personal study and reflection that takes place throughout the week, between meetings. During this time you will have the opportunity to examine questions about death, dying, mortality and the day to day coping of losing your loved one.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve.  It is different for each of us.  What we do know is that there is a God who loves each of us and there are people God has placed in our lives to walk this road of grief with us.
