JIM CAIN

GOOD MORNING!

As the opening day of baseball season fast approaches, I am reminded of when

Cleveland Indians outfielder, Melvin Hall, got too caught up in a 1986 spring training game. Hall was chasing a long drive when suddenly he was stopped dead in his tracks. A wire fence had snared his jersey and he couldn't break free! Hung up on the outfield fence all Mel could do was watch helplessly as the Oakland Athletics' Carney Lansford circled the bases for an inside the park home run.

Do you ever feel like life has you caught up and helpless? If so, let me encourage you to visit the “House that God built” this Sunday to find the answers to all life's entanglements.
