Good Morning: A few weeks ago my daughter's dog died. She had to break the news
to their 4 year old son, Shawn. She told Shawn that Miko (the dog) had died and was
in Heaven with God and Uncle Robbie. Shawn asked why the dog died and she told
him Miko was very sick. Later he came back to his mom and wanted to know why
Uncle Robbie had died. She told him he was very sick, too.
He went about his business but finally came back to her a third time. This time, he
asked “Is God sick, too?” In his mind, if everyone who was sick is in heaven, it made
sense that God must be sick, too.
Isn't it wonderful to know that God is alive and well and has a place for all who
believe in him? Jesus said, “In my Father's house are many mansions. I go to prepare a
place for you.” Do you believe? Have a wonderful day!
