GLENDA

Good Morning:

Today is my oldest daughter's birthday. We had a name picked out for her before she was born, but when I saw her tiny face, I knew it was not for her. So we named her Tiffanie Nicole Thomas. Turns out it was a perfect fit. Her initials spell out TNT. And she was a regular little fireball.

Names are important. They can define who we are or influence what we become. The most important name we could have, however, is “Christian.” It says that we are followers of Jesus Christ. When we are known as Christian, then people should see Christ in us. It's not easy being a Christian, for Jesus was perfect and we are far from it. But as a Christian, we should strive each day to be more and more like him.

Do people see Christ in you? I hope so. Have a wonderful day and Happy Birthday, Tiffanie!
